Copper Rose Cafe now opening for dinner - 5pm to 9pm - Wednesday to Saturday.
Enjoy American Style Hot Dogs with Steve's home made sauces, American Cheeseburgers or our Old-Style Traditional Burgers using Mum's rissole recipe. Try our home made chicken breast schnitzel, or one of our Marinated Chicken options.
Look us up on Uber Eats and Door Dash or pop into the Cafe for a casual family meal - 15 Bourke St, Alexandria - a short walk from Mascot Railway Station.
Parking available near Woolworths Mascot, a short walk away.
Hot Dogs on Bourke is also a Copper Rose Cafe brand, so if you see us on Uber Eats and Door Dash, give us a try.

Don't forget to book your party catering ahead of time... whilst we try to accommodate with short notice our Saturdays are crazy busy at the moment, lots of kids birthdays and casual events.
Free delivery to the local area for orders over $200 or pickup any amount at the Cafe (can park in the driveway). Minimum orders apply for Sundays.

- Kids sandwiches (dairy free due to request) ($25)
- Sandwiches (chicken, mayo, lettuce and avo / curried egg and lettuce / ham and salad / BLAT) ($37.50)
- Wraps (Marinated chicken, chargrilled capsicum, avo and rocket / Roast pumpkin, cheese, caramelised onion and tomato relish / Falafel, hummus, babaghanoush, cucumber and tomato / Chicken Caesar salad / Chicken, mayo, lettuce and avo) ($85)
Our customer chose her sandwich and wrap selection, but you can also choose a mixed option and we can take the thinking out of it.

My husband, Steve, owns Copper Rose Cafe in Alexandria, and we are Pagewood locals, with our 8 year old and twin 2 year old boys.
In addition to the lovely everyday food and amazing coffee, the Cafe offers reasonably priced casual catering. All fresh and made on premises.
Orders over $200 attract free delivery to areas surrounding the Cafe... including Botany, Pagewood, Mascot, Maroubra, Eastlakes, Rosebery, Zetland, St Peters, Tempe, Newtown, Woolli Creek and more.

Do you need catering for a casual event? Sandwiches and treats for a kids party OR Antipasto platters, fruit platters, sliders and finger food for the grown ups OR large salad platters to accompany a BBQ... I could go on forever..... Our food is versatile, fresh and yummy!!

We are loving the local response to our American Style Hot Dogs and Cheeseburgers.
No red skinned frankfurts here!!!! They taste incredible!!!
And our home made beef burgers with American Style high melt cheddar cheese, fresh pickles and Steve's amazing mustard mayo!! Super yummy!!
We also make amazing thickshakes and smoothies and loaded fries, in addition to all the traditional Cafe breakfasts, lunch etc.
Open 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Saturday, with some outdoor seating. Park nearby in the underground parking at Mascot Central (woolworths), or ride your bike as we are right on the bike lane in Bourke Rd, Alexandria opposite the old Bunnings site.
Delivery available via the usual delivery partners.
By the way, our food is better than our photography.

I'm sorry to announce that we can no longer continue dinner service. Thanks to everyone that supported us, but due to yet another staff shortage (and with a severe lack of suitable hospitality staff in general) we are only able to focus on our usual hours, catering and events at the moment. We have decided that Steve spending time with our young family needs to take priority. As soon as we resolve the staffing situation we will revisit night time service. Watch this space.
