Chef Ross Lusted’s unique cuisine is crafted using the best seasonal ingredients. gned by Nick Tobias features an open kitchen with custom built charcoal grill. With hand-made ceramics designed by Ross Lusted, solid oak tables and Autoban’s iconic Deer Chairs, the dining room’s relaxed aesthetic is paired with informed and attentive service.

FAREWELL. Saturday marked our last service as we farewell The Bridge Room to focus on an exciting new venture. We have been flooded by waves of nostalgia over these past weeks as we have collectively shared in the stories and memories of The Bridge Room journey – it has felt like a family reunion, having a chance to celebrate with so many of our guests in the lead up to our final service. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our incredible team for their heartfelt dedication as it is their devotion and passion which has made The Bridge Room such a unique dining destination and we are filled with gratitude for their enormous contribution. Thank you, our guests and friends, for your loyalty over the past 8 years and to Leon and the whole Fink Family for their support, collaboration and love during our partnership.

After eight extraordinary years we will be closing
The Bridge Room at the end of April.

We are excited to announce that we will be opening a new restaurant in early 2021. The closure of The Bridge Room will allow us to focus on a new exclusive venture, which we will share further details in the months to come.

The Bridge Room has been a true labour of love and we feel so honoured to have connected deeply with you, our diners. We have been blessed with so many loyal guests that have dined with us regularly throughout the years and an incredible team who have contributed to the fabric of what The Bridge Room is. We can’t thank Leon and the whole Fink Family enough for their incredible support, collaboration and love during our partnership. We will always consider the Finks our extended family and wish them the greatest success for the future.

We look forward to seeing you, our wonderful diners who have supported us over the last eight years, in the coming weeks to toast to the next chapter. The Bridge Room’s last service will be on Saturday 27 April.
