Friday is Pieday at Common Grounds.

What’s better on a wet, drizzly cold Friday than a homemade butter chicken pie or a homemade Tandoori pie.

This is not one of those servo reheat in a packet jobs, this is home made love in pie form.

So come down and choose either a butter chicken or a tandoori pie and make your Friday worthwhile. If you can’t decide which one sounds better, buy both. One for now and one for now later.

From our family to yours, we wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas.

We will be closed from today, Christmas Eve and swing the doors back open bright and early on the 5th January 2026

You know when you’re a big deal around old Hawkesbury town when strangers approach you for a quick photo. Here we have the lovely Susan Templeman MP siding up to none other than our 4/10 Santa. But Santas are like pizzas, even average ones are pretty awesome.

We are getting into the Christmas spirit here at Common Grounds, come and visit us on Sunday evening at the Hawkesbury City Council Light Up Windsor Christmas Trail. We have our usual great meals for those that are hungry as well as slushies, lollies, popcorn and snacks for the kids.

And because it’s Christmas and good things happen at Christmas, we have for one night only the return of our famous Roast Beef and Gravy Rolls.

So come down, see the lights, grab a feed and get into the Christmas spirit.
