Tender grass-fed beef, slow-braised for 8 hours in a rich adobo of dried chilies, garlic, and warm spices. Shredded and loaded into corn tortillas, pan-fried until crisp, then dipped in the deep, savory consommé. Finished with diced onion, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

*Chicken Birria* (Halal)
Juicy chicken thighs(Halal).slow-cooked in the same traditional chili-adobo broth until fall-apart tender. Shredded and tucked into warm tortillas, crisped on the griddle, served with consommé for dipping. Bright, smoky, and full of flavor.
