Start with a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen, then dive into the world of sushi as you learn how to fillet and portion a whole salmon.
Using your fresh ingredients, you will prepare delicious dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls and more.
At the end of the Masterclass, enjoy the fruits of your labour, along with a starter and dessert.
