2026 Vintage · Mengding Huangya (Yellow Tea)
Harvested in early spring from the high-elevation core area of Mengding Mountain, crafted exclusively from tender single buds nurtured by persistent mist. Using the traditional men-huang (light yellowing) technique with gentle heat, the tea evolves from freshness to softness. Slender, downy buds yield a clear jade-yellow liquor; the palate is smooth and refined, subtly sweet without sharpness, unfolding gradually with a lingering, elegant aftertaste and deep, serene throat resonance.

2026新制【蒙顶黄芽·黄茶】，源自蒙顶山核心高海拔茶园，早春独采单芽，云雾涵养，芽质细嫩而内敛。遵循古法黄茶“闷黄”要义，以轻火慢养，令物性由青转润、由锐归柔。其形芽挺秀，毫锋隐现；汤色澄黄如玉。入口清润细腻，鲜甜不显锋芒，滋味在舌面与喉间徐徐铺展，回甘悠长而不浮，喉韵静深，余香含蓄持久。

Topotea Black Tea - Ya‘an Tibetan Tea, is a type of black tea produced in Ya’an, Sichuan Province. It is a classic representative of Chinese dark teaWith a long history, it has been an indispensable part of daily life for Tibetan compatriots since ancient times. The production process of Tibetan tea is unique. Through steps like fermentation and baking, the tea leaves take on a dark brown color, emitting a distinctive aroma with a long-lasting, mellow aftertaste.

This tea is not only rich and full-bodied in flavor but also contains abundant nutritional value. It possesses the unique qualities of “Red, Strong, Aged, Mellow”:

·Red : The liquor displays a bright, lucid ruby-red or amber-red hue, a hallmark of complete fermentation.
· Strong : The flavor profile is robust, full-bodied, and deeply layered, offering substantial texture and umami richness.
· Aged : As a post-fermented tea, it possesses an exceptional aging potential. Through proper storage, it develops increased complexity, smoothness, and a distinctive “aged aroma” over time.
· Mellow : The mouthfeel is notably smooth, rounded, and well-integrated, devoid of aggressive astringency or bitterness, leading to a sweet, persistent aftertaste.

Topotea黑茶【雅安藏茶】又称边茶，是产于四川雅安的一种黑茶，是中国黑茶的典型代表。它的历史悠久，自古以来就是藏族同胞日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。藏茶的制作工艺独特，经过发酵、烘焙等工序，茶叶呈现出黑褐色，香气独特，回味悠长。这种茶不仅滋味醇厚，更蕴含着丰富的营养价值。具有“红、浓、陈、醇”的独特品质：
· 红：茶汤色泽红亮，通透如琥珀。
