This is the dish our chef has been perfecting quietly, patiently, for months. A slow-braised lamb shank, submerged in a deep, spiced Nihari broth built on hours of cooking and a blend of whole spices that fill the kitchen before the dish even reaches your table.

Nihari is one of the oldest and most celebrated dishes in Indian cuisine slow-cooked, deeply flavoured, and built for people who know the difference. Ours is served the way it deserves to be.
