THE CHRISTMAS COMA IS BACK 🎄😴

the centrepiece of christmas lunch (and the reason for the nap afterwards) since 2017. this year we called in our mates GET BAKED , lemme introduce u to, the christmas coma: GET BAKED EDITION.

inspired by bertha, it’s layers of dark chocolate cake sandwiched with milk + dark choc ganache, topped with even more ganache and sprinkles. Mayers Fine Food Chocolate & Patisserie suppling the choc obvs.

what’s in the pack:
🍰 the trifle (obviously)
🥃 a bottle of milo wh**ky custard
✨ a tub of get baked sprinkles to throw on yourself
❄️ a messina cooler bag

serves 20–30, which means:
for the whole family: dessert sorted
for a smaller crew: boxing day breakfast sorted too
for just u: you do you

FYI: it’s a frozen cake trifle, NOT gelato. it needs 36 hours prep (24 in the fridge, then 12 at room temp) so the ganache goes silky. picking up on xmas eve? it’s sleeping on the bench overnight.
