We've just announced the release of Finca Velacruz, a coffee produced by the Echavarria family in Antioquia, Colombia. This coffee is processed in a style known as 'extended fermentation' and gives us a very fun cup indeed!
We're roasting it on Monday and Wednesday, every week until sold out.

Milk chocolate, hazelnut and caramel tones through milk. As a black coffee it has a creamy body with hazelnuts and apple.

We've changed up our single lot coffee this week to make room for two really exciting lots - Javier Golondrino and Sitio de Torre.

As the seasons change, so do our single lot coffee offerings. Over the next few weeks we'll be releasing an array of fresh and sweet new lots: Washed, pulped natural and dry process coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and Kenya.

It also means we'll soon be finishing up some of our current coffees to make room for the new arrivals, so grab your favourite bag from the shelf while you can!
