Porchetta is one of Italy’s great culinary traditions, with roots going back centuries through Central Italy — particularly Lazio and Umbria.

Beautiful pork, carefully prepared, seasoned with herbs and aromatics, rolled and tied, before being cooked to create that unmistakable combination — tender, flavoursome meat on the inside and beautiful golden crackling on the outside. 🤌🏼
