最近在店里，悄悄发生了一些有趣的事情……
前几天，Kevin 带着 Kylie 来店里吃了一顿饭。没有特别的安排，就像普通客人一样，点了几道我们招牌的菜，一边聊天，一边享受当下的时光。

这也让我们再次想起一直以来的一个信念：
好吃的食物，不需要张扬，只需要让人觉得刚刚好。

从那天之后，我们心里多了一点点期待。
因为其实……最近我们也在悄悄筹备一些新的东西。
或许是新的想法，或许是一个新的方向——一点点不一样的变化。

暂时，就先保留一点神秘感吧 😉

Something interesting has been happening behind the scenes lately…
The other day, Kevin dropped by with Kylie for a quiet meal at our place. No big announcement, just like any other guests—ordering a few of our favourite dishes, chatting, and enjoying the moment.

It reminded us of something we’ve always believed:
good food doesn’t need to shout. It just needs to feel right.

Since that day, we’ve been holding onto a small sense of excitement.
Because truthfully… we’ve been working on a few things lately.
New ideas, maybe a new direction—something a little different.

For now, we’ll keep it under wraps 😉

At Albee’s Kitchen, guests often tell us, “This reminds me of home.” And that is exactly what we hope for — every dish we serve carries a little bit of care, memory, and warmth.

Take our Crispy Egg Noodles, for example — the golden silky egg gently rests over crunchy fried noodles, a playful mix of soft and crisp in every bite.
Our Durian Pastry is soft on the outside, rich and fragrant inside — a true delight for durian lovers.
The Claypot Ee Mee is simmered slowly in a claypot, the noodles soaking up the rich broth, arriving at your table steaming hot — best enjoyed with family or friends.
With the Curry Fish Head, fresh fish head is cooked with coconut milk and spices, creating a bold, aromatic dish that warms you from within.
Our Hand-Shredded Pan Mee is torn by hand, each noodle slightly different in shape, giving it a chewy texture that clings to the sauce perfectly.
And sometimes, nothing is better than a simple plate of Homestyle Fried Rice — each grain fragrant and separate, bringing back the comfort of a meal cooked at home.
