Brewed in Flanders for generations, it's smooth, full-bodied, and absolutely not here to be subtle. Especially next to a rich confit duck and a cheese board.

This isn’t gnocchi as you know it. 🇫🇷

It’s Parisian-style, baked with aged Comté until golden, then smothered in a Riesling chicken velouté with mushrooms for good measure.

It's the sort of dish that doesn’t try to impress, yet absolutely does.

Just a glass? C’est adorable. Vins Rouges will decide otherwise.

Pardon our French, but you'll want to try these 🇫🇷

Our Bœuf Bourguignon is now served with pommes boulangère and bacon, and according to Chef Ludo, it simply doesn’t get better than this.

And then there's our Gnocchi à la Parisienne, baked with aged Comté and finished with a Riesling chicken velouté and mushrooms. They're making quite the entrance.
