Oliveto Ristorante & Bar is a fully licensed drink and dine restaurant nestled in the parklands of Brays Bay Reserve. Oliveto enjoys a great regular lunch clientele who enjoy the peaceful water views of the bay and the fine Italian cuisine. In the evening the room transforms into a stylish dining space with subtle lighting and shimmers of the tranquil water views through the large glass windows th

at surround you. Our position and large spaces make us perfect for family occasions. Sunday lunch, anniversaries, Christenings, First Communions are often the order of the day. Large corporate functions and product launches are also a must at Oliveto. Ample parking outside the venue makes Oliveto an excellent choice for the business lunch or dinner. Weddings are also very unique and special events. We have enjoyed many great days with couples who have chosen Oliveto Ristorante & Bar as their preferred venue. Being just 10 minutes from Stadium Australia and the Homebush Bay complex early pre-event dinners can be arranged and large groups catered for.
