From today we have a new special on the menu. Head Chef Ken has curated the perfect bite, the Chu Toro Gunkan.

Nigiri wrapped with daikon, topped with chu toro tuna belly, finished with caviar and truffle. Served alongside our Sakura Martini, Sakura Mancino Vermouth, Tanqueray, Lillet Blanc and Junmai Daiginjo.

$40 for the pairing, available 9 September - 4 October.
