Ever wondered why we're called Galbi?

In Korean, "Galbi" (갈비) means ribs, one of Korea's most iconic and beloved BBQ dishes. That's why grilled meat is the heart of the menu at our restaurant.

Our signature grill is unlike the ordinary. It slowly rotates over real flames, cooking each cut evenly while infusing it with an irresistible smoky aroma. Every piece is grilled with precision, so all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy Korean BBQ at its best.

When the restaurant is called Galbi, you know the grill is going to be something special.
