A huge congratulations to Fletcher on completing his Chef’s Apprenticeship! 👏👨‍🍳

Fletch becomes Arrana’s first apprentice to complete his training and become a fully qualified Chef, and we couldn’t be more proud!

Over the last three years, Fletcher has shown incredible dedication, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for his craft. His attention to detail and commitment to continually improving have made him a valued part of our kitchen team.

Watching his growth from apprentice to qualified chef has been a privilege.

He is pure talent wrapped in a class act, who brings positivity, professionalism and enthusiasm to the team every day.

We celebrated his milestone by taking him to Aria Restaurant Monday night enjoying an exceptional seasonal menu paired with world-class harbour views.
