We flew to Melbourne to try the famous Mont Blanc….

Came back inspired!

Thought we had it…

Until one unexpected ingredient changed everything.

We’re keeping the syrup a secret for now 🤫

Somehow, it tastes like a childhood memory.
For us, that memory was Taiwan….

Forget Mont Blanc…

We saw someone making a youtiao tofu cheesecake online, and the idea was too interesting not to try.

It reminded us of the classic Taiwanese breakfast pairing of youtiao and soy milk, so we made the youtiao from scratch and blended tofu and soy milk into the cheesecake.

And somehow, it really works.

Creamy, silky, with a smooth soy flavour, and that youtiao brings the whole idea together.

So Sydney, should we:

Our takeaway pasta was sitting there for a little too long…

So the chef decided to go hunting for the customer himself.

We put a lot of care into every dish, so seeing it sit there waiting isn’t easy.
