Our Story
Originally we called it Marble because of the marbling from wagyu. It was a simple name and didn’t take that much thought! Eventually that idea evolved as we blended Japanese and Korean cuisine through careful experimentation. These cuisines combined so well thats it became a beautiful swirl of flavours and thus the idea of Marble was solidified”
