Introducing HARE created by Richard Cunningham, state finalist in the Suntory Cup 2026.

HARE (晴れ, “clear skies”) is a milk-clarified Roku gin sour. Roku gin, gyokuro green tea and Tasmanian leatherwood honey cordial, lemon, clarified through wattleseed-infused milk and finished with a shiso leaf.

It’s pale gold, crystal clear, and served straight up.

Available in Aster exclusively for the month of July.
