What a morning!

Thrilled to whip up a classic carbonara for for this morning!

Yes, you know us for our cakes ♥️

We got to show off the matriarch’s cooking she does for our meals to go across our four stores, including our new Surry Hills store at 290 Crown Street.

Watch until the end… is Giuseppe a ‘good boy’? Hear Nonna Grazia’s reply… 😆

It’s National Carbonara Day! 🍝🤩

To show us the true Italian way to perfect this dish, Nonna Grazia and her son Giuseppe Caruso, founder of Pasticceria Caruso, joined us in the Today kitchen.
