Christmas is here, with just 13 days to go! We at Caffe Etna have being working very hard these past weeks preparing delicious biscotti and pastries to help make your Christmas special!! This year we have something that we haven’t had in the past, that Is Panettone. Not just any panettone these ones have come from Sicily and are absolutely flying out the door. The highlight is the Sicilian beach bag with a 500gram log of panettone and a jar of pistachio paste to spread on your panettone.
Please don’t leave it too late ! Biscuit trays make a great Christmas gift.

Some people you meet in business become mentors without even realising it.

For me, that’s been Sam Cavallaro who is an award winning Italian pastry chef and a bloke I’ve learnt so many tips and tricks from behind the scenes.

He’s helped me so much and I truly appreciate his commitment and support

Here we are standing in front of the Gato’s Pastizzi truck, but today the spotlight’s on Sam.

He and his partners, Elton and Joseph run Cafe Etna in Horsley Park, and trust me, their cakes, biscuits and savouries are something else.

Big thanks Sam, for your generosity and support.
