Grana Welcome to Grana, the beating heart of Hinchcliff House where things are made and people gather. Our philosophy is simple, sustainable & locally sourced.

We follow the grain from farm to table – milled on site and used daily in the bakery, pasta room & pastry kitchen. A bustling all-day dining hub, serving up modern Australian cuisine on an Italian blank canvas. From morning coffee to an evening tipple, we focus on delivering the highest quality food & drinks. It’s a neighborhood feel in the middle of the city.
