Join us for an evening unlike anything we’ve done before - brought to life not just on the plate, but through your senses. As the restaurant slowly rotates, each course reveals a new landscape through food, scent, sound and light. Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the 75th Anniversary of Grange - an unforgettable evening led by Penfolds Chief Winemaker, Peter Gago, with a bespoke menu by , created exclusively for the occasion.

A standout for the night was our Head Sommelier’s selection: the 1990 Grange, now featured on our wine list.
