Inspired by the elegance of the Italian Riviera, our new harbour-side dining room brings warmth and vintage character to the marina.

The menu is grounded in Italian simplicity, with handmade pasta at its centre and a drinks list that looks to the Mediterranean.

Tuscan Head Chef Manuel Bellanti leads the kitchen following almost two decades in renowned restaurants and hotels across Europe and Australia. Beyond the kitchen, Perry Drakopoulos directed Riva’s creative vision, drawing inspiration from the craftsmanship and the mid-century Mediterranean glamour of the Riva yacht.

It all comes together above Rose Bay Marina from 14 August.
