Even on my off day from kitchen of Chinta Ria, did this taste test of 5 new pie flavours for Brooklyn Fine Meats butchers with 5 outlets around town including Tramways Rozelle (additonal 2 new outlets by Xmas) - minced beef, minced beef bacon & cheese, minced beef curry, chunky beef curry & chunky beef Rendang - all to owner & butcher partner’s delight & liking including chicken satay & peanut sauce all homemade…1200 unit orders soon! Ok time to rest up for a long weekend of chefing in Chinta’s kitchen starting again tomorrow & weekend stint! 🙏❤️

After some testing (hence not the best of photos of a finished dish, apologies) happy to share that Chinta Ria will be presenting $19 Rostdfunkd KL Style Char Siew with flavoursome Chicken Stock Rice, savoury tangy garlic-ginger-chilli-sauce & soup from Tuesday 5th Aug lunch service onwards - dish will be presented similar as shown for the Chinta Hainan Chicken & Chicken Stock Rice. Come down & try. Some of you dear MFLS peeps already know this Char Siew style - sweetly & savoury charred exterior combined with a tender core well-balanced juicy bits & pork fat umami. A collab between Chinta Ria Buddha Love & Roastdfunkd ❤️

Hi peeps! This is a Special Pre-Christmas Open Order for Sliced Pork LeeBakwa by Roastdfunkd for delivery or pickup at Liverpool area on Sunday 22nd December - max 30kgs batch only; first come first serve. Orders have to be in and paid by Saturday 14th Dec 12pm.

Sliced Pork LeeBakwa $88/kg or $50/500g in both Original and/or Chilli #1-3 rating (or mixed)

Orders >$100 comes with free delivery, else it’s just a nominal $10 (for Sydney)

The ever popular Minced LeeBakwa (mailed all over the continent) is always available - given requests over time, we are now offering the Sliced version of LeeBakwa in Pork only, for now…
