Weโ€™re honestly a little speechless, thanks for your patience while we worked through the madness!

Ramen isnโ€™t fast food, and thereโ€™s a reason weโ€™re the only food truck doing it. Everything is cooked fresh, and quality will always come first. Sometimes that means a bit of a wait, especially when our 36L fryer is pumping out karaage chicken non stop. Safe to say it got an absolute workout last night!

Weโ€™re back at it again today, early restocking, prepping, and loading up on even more chicken for another big day ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป
