After 7 incredible years, the time has come to say goodbye to Tuckerbox Paddington.
This wasn’t an easy decision, but with the support of those closest to me, we agreed it’s time to pass the baton and step into something new. It’s been an absolute privilege to serve this community.
The friendships, the memories, and even the challenges are something I’ll always carry with me.
Running a café through COVID, post-COVID, and some of the toughest financial conditions our industry has seen tested everything.
I’m grateful for every coffee poured, every conversation shared, and every person who walked through the door.
We’re now shifting into catering, along with paddock-to-plate dining and collaborative food experiences….something that feels exciting, creative, and more aligned with what’s ahead.
There’s a lot in the pipeline and I can’t wait to share it as it unfolds.
I look forward to seeing what comes next on that corner and wish the new operators every success.
At 44, I’m ready for a new chapter. Life has a way of making those calls for you sometimes.
This isn’t the end of Tuckerbox Paddington… just the next evolution.
