Sir Reuben We start with the best quality locally sourced meat, followed by a 7 day in house brining process. A combination of fresh herbs chosen from Chef Tony’s garden.

The meats are then slow cooked for 12 to 14 hrs. Corn beef,lamb, brisket,porchetta,chevapi.
