Such a wonderful treat to try Asian flavours new and old with some fabulous foodie friends. We feasted on plump mud crabs made in a Singaporean chilli style, with mantau at the ready to soak up the sauce and the skillfully prepared Peking duck were 2 of my favourites on the night. Amongst the new flavours we tried on the night was this gluten (spongey consistency) with fungi, yellow soup and the Shanghai smoked fish, all of which was delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more of these sensational flavours
