Hey everyone

14 days in isolation, 3 negative tests, my 2nd jab and still in lockdown - these are certainly crazy times weā€™re living in.

If you only knew the deliberation in my head on what is the right thing to do hereā€¦. Open during lockdown or stay closed??? Who knows?!

Canteen on Carter is planned to re-open on MONDAY 16th AUGUST. As it was before I went into ISO, the menu will be limited and the hours may vary but Iā€™ll be there Monday to Friday from 6:30 AND Iā€™ll be on my own for the most part so please be patient and where you can text or call your orders through please do. I will post on here whatā€™s on the menu daily.

Looking forward to returning to some kinda ā€œnormalā€ @ Canteen on Carter, where any conversation is a good conversation.

Miss you all but be seeing soon.

Monday Morning Canteen on Carter Covid Updateā€¦.. We are still closed as I am still in Iso due to being in woolies at Belrose at a dodgey time. Only a little while to go - Iā€™m 100% fine but need to do my part and the right thing for the health and safety of yā€™all. I miss your faces, the laughs and chit chat but weā€™ll be back soon. Just so you donā€™t think Iā€™ve thrown my toys out of the cot and let covid close my doors!

I was at a Woolworths around the time a positive covid case has been picked up, so I thought I should be tested - I have been tested and the result was of course NEGATIVE and I feel 100% but just want to make sure yā€™all are safe.

Iā€™m really sorry that I wonā€™t be here for you today, Iā€™m devo but itā€™s the right thing to do. Watch this space for updates.
