Our Chicken Enchiladas are corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken, bathed in a creamy green sauce and topped with melted mozzarella, sour cream and pickled red onions.

Creamy, cheesy, a little tangy, with those crispy cheese edges that might just be the best bit.

The Chicken Torta is a Mexican street-food staple, born from European bread-making traditions and made unmistakably Mexican through bold flavours and local ingredients.

Ours is loaded with crispy chicken and all the good stuff, guac, chipotle mayo, cheese, onion and tomato packed into fresh bread and served with fries.

Crunchy, messy, seriously satisfying — exactly how a torta should be.

Our crispy chicken is cured in an achiote brine, dried, then deep fried until the skin is seriously crisp while the meat stays juicy and tender.

Our Fish Aguachile takes its cues from Sinaloa — fresh fish marinated in lime juice, blended chillies and salt, served with cucumber, avocado, red onion and coriander.

Think ceviche, but with a little more kick. Best scooped up with crispy tostadas and something cold on the side. 🍺
