2025년은 소반 에게 정말 특별하고 감사한 한 해였습니다 ✨

조선옥에서 소반 바이 조선으로 새롭게 출발하며, 많은 도전과 배움이 있었던 소중한 시간이었습니다. 그 과정 속에서 언제나 저희를 믿고 찾아주신 고객님들 덕분에 지금의 소반이 있을 수 있었습니다.

지난 8개월 동안 소반을 찾아주시고 응원해주신 모든 고객님께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 고객님 한 분 한 분의 따뜻한 발걸음과 응원이 저희에게는 큰 힘이 되었습니다.

매주 일요일, 정성과 웃음으로 고객님을 맞이하는 저희 직원들에게도 진심 어린 감사의 마음을 전합니다.

소반은 훌륭한 팀이 있었기에 더욱 빛날 수 있었습니다.

잠시 쉬어가며 더 좋은 모습으로 다시 인사드리기 위해, 저희는 12월 28일부터 1월 4일까지 휴식 시간을 갖습니다.

2026년 1월 11일, 더 밝고 설레는 모습으로 찾아뵙겠습니다.

연말연시 따뜻하고 행복한 시간 보내시길 바라며, 2025년이 고객님께도 오래 기억에 남는 한 해가 되었기를 바랍니다.

What a year it has been for Soban by Joseon! ✨
2025 marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we transformed from Joseon Restaurant into Soban by Joseon—and what a ride it’s been! From day one, our team has poured their hearts, energy, and countless late nights into building what Soban is today.

We’d like to send a huge thank you to all of our wonderful guests who have dined with us and supported us over the past 8 months. Your love and encouragement have meant the world to us, and we truly wouldn’t be here without you.

A special shout-out goes to our incredible team who show up every Sunday with passion, smiles, and dedication. You are the heartbeat of Soban, and we are beyond grateful for each and every one of you.

To rest, recharge, and come back even stronger, we’ll be taking a short holiday break from 28 December to 4 January. We’ll reopen with fresh energy and new vibes on 11 January 2026, ready for another delicious year ahead!

Wishing you all a happy, safe, and joyful holiday season. Thank you for making 2025 unforgettable—we can’t wait to welcome you back in the New Year!

We’re looking for someone with:
👉🏼 Minimum 6 months experience in a busy café or restaurant
👉🏼 Solid work ethic (no flaking 😌)
👉🏼 Strong attention to detail
👉🏼 Team player energy
👉🏼 And of course — a real love for good food 🍚✨

We’re only open on Sundays, so this is a casual role with a 6–8 hour shift every Sunday. Perfect for students or anyone wanting an extra weekly gig!

Dear Guests,

After three months of preparation, we’re stoked to introduce Soban by Joseon—a fresh new chapter in our culinary journey. While Joseon was known for its intimate dining experience, we wanted to create something more relaxed, welcoming, and open to everyone. At Soban, we’re all about Korean Sotbap, bringing together the best of modern and traditional flavours.

But that’s not all! We’re now open for brekkie, lunch, and dinner, with all-day service on Sundays—so you can pop in whenever suits. We’ve also teamed up with some of Sydney’s best bakeries, including and .bakehouse, with more exciting collaborations on the way. And if you’re a coffee lover, our expert baristas will sort you out with a proper brew.

You’ll still find us in Sydney Olympic Park, just a few doors down from our original spot. We can’t wait to welcome you and share this new experience.

3개월간의 준비를 마치고, 새로운 시작을 알리게 되었습니다! 소반 바이 조선 —저희의 요리 여정에 새롭게 추가된 따뜻하고 편안한 공간입니다. 기존 조선옥이 정갈한 다이닝 경험으로 사랑받았다면, 이제는 더 많은 분들이 부담 없이 즐길 수 있는 곳으로 찾아뵙고자 합니다. 소반에서는 한국식 솥밥을 현대적인 감각으로 재해석해, 전통과 새로운 맛의 조화를 선보입니다.

그리고 더 좋은 소식이 있습니다! 이제 아침, 점심, 저녁 모두 운영하며, 일요일에는 하루 종일 문을 엽니다. 언제든 편한 시간에 들러주세요. 또, 시드니에서 손꼽히는 베이커리 와 .bakehouse 와 협업을 시작했으며, 앞으로도 다양한 파트너들과 함께할 예정입니다. 커피를 좋아하신다면, 저희 바리스타가 정성껏 내린 한 잔으로 확실한 차이를 느끼실 수 있을 거예요.
