The current occupier of the premises will be vacating the premises next month. As well as the commercial premises below (currently set up as a cafe) there is a two bedroom, two bathroom self contained residence upstairs with separate entry. There is a large bitumen carpark at rear and surrounded by fruit tree planted gardens. Access to the beach on the other side of the road. Will consider leasing together or separately. It's official, while I continue to spend my time looking after my wife, we have agreed to lease out Fire & Ice. The lessor will operate under their own name and continue the theme of show casing Tassie's best, fresh and healthy produce. Fire & Ice thank everyone for their support over the last couple of years and we look forward to you all enjoying the new offering. Regards Paul

Someone asked me yesterday why i was not open. The costs of running a cafe are large. You need great food, loads of customers and good staff to make it work though. A TRIFECTA. It's winter, our borders are closed to tourists, so what do we do? Experiment on some home made goodies we can sell when it becomes viable to do so. Was having some fun at home creating home made wholesome meat pies to dine in or take away as well as peach, mango and apple pies as afters. All unique, great textures and flavours, All produce except the meat, which I buy fresh, grown, prepared and cooked on premises 😃 Looking forward to up scaling production to the cafe and opening the doors when the time is right and seeing you there. Home made fresh food made with love. NOTHING BETTER👍😁

Fire and Ice getting closer to reopening. Same quality home made food but different setting. Playing around today, i made a parmesan artichoke starter followed by butter chicken curry pies with a twist for the family. When we reopen, watch out for what we do as it will be special and unique to us. We aim to be different and will continue to lead not follow with our menu!

The Bowlers and Golfers tour group are enjoying our continental and cooked breakfast package. We are open earlier than anywhere else in town specifically to look after the group. We apologise that we are currently only open for the pre booked large group booking and not the wider community. Lots of small steps needed for us to fully reopen but we are working on it!
