Sadly, Repair Cafe has had to wind up due to low participation over the last half of 2023. Therefore there will be no repair cafe on Sunday 17th March. We had 2 great years with many many items repaired and kept out of landfill, and lovely social times with locals. A very huge thank you for all the efforts of our wonderful Repair Cafe volunteers over past 2 years.

Basic Mending 101 Tutorials for beginners.

Survival Sewing Skills If you have never learned to sew or need to refresh, just learning these core skills will mean you can mend about 90% of clothes that need fixing. Learning to thread a needle the easiest way gets you off to a good start. Then sewing on a button, backstitch will fix most seams....

Repair Cafe Swan Hill opens again this 10-12pm this Sunday 19th Nov. Our volunteer fixers diagnose and repair items; sew, glue, patch, solder, adjust, sharpen, rewire, attach, oil, tape, undo. They do the lot. Bring your household and garden items for renewal..

Our ‘fixer volunteers’ have amazing skills in sharpening, glueing, machining, welding and sewing to transform your household and garden items; knives, seceturs, wooden and metal items, and clothing.
