Now serving: Colombia Huila Norte, our Espresso of the Day hails from the northern reaches of Colombia’s Huila Department, 1800m above sea level. With drier and hotter temperatures than in the South, the area’s high altitude and warm, dry days slow cherry growth, giving it time to develop sugars and complexity before harvest. Expect dark chocolate, cranberry and vanilla in the cup – available to sip or shop on Albion St ☕️
