Meet our Royal Mutton Short Rib Curry — a seriously generous cut of mutton short rib, fired in the tandoor until beautifully charred on the outside, then placed into a deep, aromatic Kashmiri Rogan Josh curry enriched with whole spices.

Smoky from the tandoor.

What if chaat had an ice cream moment? 🍦✨

Traditionally, chaat gets its cold, creamy hit from yoghurt and that unmistakable sweet-tangy kick from tamarind chutney.

So we played with both.

The yoghurt became frozen yoghurt.
The tamarind chutney became tamarind sorbet.
Then came the chaat potatoes, crisp kataifi, pistachio crunch, pomegranate & yoghurt-khoya bites.

The result? Froyo Kataifi Chaat.

Cold. Crunchy. Tangy. Sweet. Savoury. All in the same spoon.

And there’s only one rule…
