Blood orange cured Bonito
Stuffed cabbage, pork and chestnuts with l'aligot.
"Limoncello cocktail" granita

Dinner 29th May.
Anchovy and stewed swiss chard on toast. Dutch and heritage carrots with French butter and salt. Artichoke vinaigrette. Wagyu beef cheek and tail braised with onions and anchovies. Lemon and Stone's green ginger wine granita. Josephine pear poached in port, verjus and spices. Fresh mint tea and Chuao chocolate.
Amazing night, thanks to all who came.
