One World Food Truck Foodtruck with an open mind thats driven by passion and fueled by flavour One World Food Truck is the creation of chef Jason Sierra.

With a Spanish background he focuses on Spanish/Latin food however don’t be surprised if One World lives up to its name by serving up wonderful Italian fare or suprises you with a spicy curry night, it’s a food truck with an open mind that’s fuelled by flavour and driven by passion. Some examples from our menu are the "El Toro Loco Burger", a "Cubano" sandwich, “Philly Cheese Steak” sandwich, “Pinchitos”, “Spicy wings” all served on homemade flat breads and brioche buns as vehicles for our yummy dishes.

Cold Brouhaha beers to wash it all down.

We’re bringing a few extras to the menu tomorrow because apparently dads deserve special treatment once a year.

No cooking. No dishes. No dodgy BBQ sausages.

Just grab Dad, head to Brouhaha Baringa and let us handle the feeding.

60 years deserves some seriously good food.

Happy 60th Amanda! We had a cracking time helping you celebrate, with plenty of hungry party people and our Butter Chicken Roti Wraps getting a serious workout.

Creamy butter chicken, wrapped up in a warm roti and loaded with all the good stuff.

Because at 60, you’ve earned the right to party hard and eat very, very well.
