We had a little help for Nuttelex for our vegan buttercream icing for our delicious vegan coconut and vanilla love cake. We used the olive brand as the flavour is really neutral and the consistency works great for decorating.

Blend with some icing sugar and a touch of almond milk and ready to go!

Some comforting creamy vegan broccoli soup for dinner tonight?...

A creamy blended mix of plant based perfection. Broccoli, sweet potato, onion, garlic, lemon, spinach, hint of chilli and chickpeas. Not only is it providing you with some calcium, fibre, protein, Vit K, potassium and Vit C but also tastebud satisfying comfort in a bowl. Serve with a dash of vegan cream and sourdough bread. Yum!

Coconut and vanilla cake with vegan sour cream frosting. Coconut oil helps keep it moist, applesauce helps bind the batter and the use of maple syrup helps decrease the need for refined sugar.
