At Squires Loft Subury, our ribs spend days developing flavour before they ever reach the grill.
Our Black Angus Beef Ribs and Pork Ribs are marinated in our signature baste for up to eight days and then slow-cooked for 15 hours.
They are then finished over the char-grill to create that tender, fall-off-the-bone texture and unmistakable Squires flavour.
