🐦 A NEW CHAPTER FOR THREE BIRDIES 🌿
We’re excited to announce that Three Birdies is moving to the Food Hub in Dungog, with our new restaurant and café opening in January 2027!
We’ll still be cooking at Stroud District Country Club until the end of December, so there’s plenty of time to join us for your Birdies favourites while we prepare for the move.
To our loyal customers, club members, staff, suppliers and friends - thank you for being part of our story over the past six years. We’re looking forward to bringing our love of cooking from scratch, house-made favourites and good old-fashioned hospitality to our new home, and welcoming familiar faces along with new ones.
🌱 LOCAL GROWERS AND PRODUCERS - LET’S TALK!
As part of our paddock-to-plate approach, we’re looking to buy seasonal fruit and vegetables from growers around Dungog and the surrounding district.
If you have a substantial crop available or would like to supply us regularly, we’d love to discuss quantities, availability and pricing, and build ongoing relationships with our local producers.
🍋 GROW A LITTLE, SHARE A LITTLE 🍅
You don’t need a farm to be part of it! A laden lemon tree or an enthusiastic veggie patch will do nicely.
For smaller backyard surpluses, we’re also putting together a produce swap, where suitable fruit and vegetables can earn coffee credits to enjoy once we open in January.
We’re getting the preserving pots bubbling now, turning local seasonal goodness into jams, chutneys and pickles ready for our new menu launching in January.
