• Matcha green tea or matcha latte in the morning can make you alert and yet give a calm start to the day. Matcha is unique in that it contains caffeine but also contains L-theanine, which has a calming effect on us.
• Make matcha green tea by simply adding 1/2 tea spoon of pure, organic ceremonial matcha green tea powder from Pinnacle Matcha, to 25ml of 80deg C (175deg F) warm water. Add sweetener of choice as per taste. Whisk thoroughly and enjoy! Top up with warm water.
