Sadly this will be the last post on this page….
Staff have been informed of the decision by our owner to shut down the shop as of close of buissness tonight, ( Friday 8pm! )
This has come as a shock to both myself and the all the staff.
I am also sure, a shock to our community!
It has been our pleasure serving the community over the past few years.
I have had the pleasure of getting to know a great group of people within the community and of course an exceptional group of people whom are like family now, ‘The Staff’ a great group, made up of mostly jnrs to which Michele, Katrina and myself have had the pleasure of hanging out with ( we’ve had many laughs!).
Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
We do hope the Strath community continues to support other local buissness.
It’s hard to sign off on this post……….

Many thanks to our wonderful suppliers, whom managed to find us a few more boxes of chips.

We haven’t run out yet 😁😁😁.

Also a massive thank you to our loyal customers whom don’t seem to mind to much with the changes we have had to make.

No Potatoes, 😮 It was inevitable….
Due to only receiving the equivalent of 1 days worth of chips for the entire week… we have had to think quick.
Changes are as follows:
We now only offer a
$8.50 or $11 box of chips.
All packs are now served with house made potato cakes as a alternative to chips.
Unfortunately we do not have a G.F alternative as yet but can substitute with extra veg or salad if you prefer.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are working on alternative options.

For those not in the know….
There is a national shortage on the type of potato used to make frozen potato products ( chips, wedges, potato cakes & hash browns) due to weather condition and freight costs on imported products Therefore supply is limited.
Our suppliers have had to place a limit on chip orders and prices are rising.
We are currently out of stock on wedges and limited on hash browns.

We endeavour to do the best we can, with what we are able to order.
Apologies for the constant change of brands but it is out of our control.

Dim Sims are back on the hard to get list( we do have Chicken Dim sims) as are Chicko Rolls.

We would like to thank our loyal customers for your continual support and understanding of the current situation. 😁

We have sold out of chickens unfortunately.😁
