Pretty perfect pomegranate sorbet to brighten up this dull day! A lovely customer brought us these pomegranates, we hand juiced them, and made an amazing pomegranate sorbet. Top tip: it pairs perfectly with creamy vanilla bean 😋 Teeny tiny super limited batch (have you ever juiced a pomegranate?!?!) coming soon!

Pound pears are in! Truly one of our favourite fruits of the entire year, and we only know of 1 tree in existence…thanks as always to Katrina and Annie. The pic doesn’t do the size of these pears justice, they’re all well over a pound in weight (hence the name), the biggest we’ve encountered so far this year is 838g! These pears are truly a labour of love to prepare, but the reward is great…the kitchen currently smells like a northern hemisphere Christmas 🤶 With luck we’ll get this made and in the counter tomorrow. She’s got a very loyal following, so if that’s you, you know what to do!

C’mon the hills! We’re loving city life at this week with some very illustrious company including our beautiful neighbours from Stirling and Aldgate and . We’ll be here until Sunday slinging scoops and sundaes and can’t wait to see you! Thanks for the hilarious pic…FYI Tim had to hide his right hand behind his back because the kids painted his nails a beautiful sparkly blue.
