SHAKSHOUKA 🍅🍳🫑 Spicy tomato and capsicum baked with eggs — one of our staples & a perfect choice for some chillier days coming up — those late winter cold snaps aren’t finished yet up here in Stirling!! But this dish will warm your cockles…made from scratch in-house. Pasture raised eggs or delicious vegan option topped with avocado…to be mopped up with delicious organic sourdough.

We’ve expanded the Primasoy range down in the shop 🌈 🌞✨ delicious to whip up for an easy mid-week meat-free meal (say that ten times faster!!) and would stir fry well with cauliflower…they are looking wonderful at this time of year ❄️ 🥣 Then a drizzle of our vegan ‘noyster’ sauce…toss in some noodles, spring onions & fresh coriander — perhaps a sprinkle of sesame seeds!! Voila!!

Brassicas! One of our natural cues that the seasonal shift into winter is truly upon us….as the cooler weather sets in, the brassicas bloom. We’ve compiled some of what’s looking spectacular down in the shop at the moment. These giant broccoli heads (stem and all!) are begging to be sliced into quarters — chargrilled & slathered in a simple tahini, tamari & lemon juice sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds!!! 🥦
