Turns out even the man in red couldn’t resist our Christmas in July menu. Mrs Claus seemed pretty happy with the decision too. 😉

From 29th June, we’re opening our doors on Mondays for the very first time — running right through July, August & September.

Think slow winter nights, good food, red wine, and that unmistakable glow of the open fire. The kind of Monday that doesn’t feel like a Monday at all.

Let's face it... Mondays don't have the best reputation.

But from Monday 29 June, we're doing our part to change that.

For a limited winter season, Aussie Beef Steakhouse will be opening Monday nights because winter in Stanthorpe deserves more nights of great food, great wine and great company.

Winter is short. Let's make the most of it.

The secret's out... from Monday 29 June, we'll be opening our doors 6 nights per week, with Monday nights launching for a limited winter season (July–September).

Why? Because winter in Stanthorpe is too good to waste.

The fireplaces are crackling, the town is buzzing, the reds are pouring, and we've decided there should be one less night each week where you have to think about what's for dinner.

So whether you're a local looking to dodge the Monday cooking duties, a visitor soaking up everything winter in the Granite Belt has to offer, or simply someone who believes steak tastes better beside an open fire... we've got you covered.

Consider it our way of spreading a little more Steakhouse love this winter. ❤️🥩
