🎄 Rumour has it Santa’s sleigh made an unscheduled stop in Stanthorpe… 🎅

Turns out even the man in red couldn’t resist our Christmas in July menu. Mrs Claus seemed pretty happy with the decision too. 😉

A huge thank you to the Corvette Club for choosing the Aussie Beef Steakhouse for your annual Christmas in July celebration. We loved hosting such a fantastic group and helping bring a little North Pole magic to Stanthorpe. ❤️🎄

The star of the plate? Chef's house-made apple & cranberry chutney. Paired with your choice of tender turkey or pork for a Christmas in July special that's too good to miss. 🎄

Mondays, but warmer 🔥

We’re now open Monday nights for winter.

Slow food, good w**e, fireside dinners — simple as that 🥩🍷

28/06/2026

Because Mondays deserve better than leftovers and regret 🍽️🍷

26/06/2026

Next Monday we officially turn up the heat…

From 29th June, we’re opening our doors on Mondays for the very first time — running right through July, August & September.

Think slow winter nights, good food, red w**e, and that unmistakable glow of the open fire. The kind of Monday that doesn’t feel like a Monday at all.

Whether it’s your new Monday tradition or just an excuse to get out of the house, we’ll be here for it.

🔥See you by the fire. 🔥

🔥 WINTER IS CALLING - 1 WEEK TO GO 🔥

Let's face it... Mondays don't have the best reputation.

But from Monday 29 June, we're doing our part to change that.

For a limited winter season, Aussie Beef Steakhouse will be opening Monday nights because winter in Stanthorpe deserves more nights of great food, great w**e and great company.

Winter is short. Let's make the most of it.

🔥 BIG NEWS FROM THE STEAKHOUSE 🔥
The secret's out... from Monday 29 June, we'll be opening our doors 6 nights per week, with Monday nights launching for a limited winter season (July–September).

Why? Because winter in Stanthorpe is too good to waste.

The fireplaces are crackling, the town is buzzing, the reds are pouring, and we've decided there should be one less night each week where you have to think about what's for dinner.

So whether you're a local looking to dodge the Monday cooking duties, a visitor soaking up everything winter in the Granite Belt has to offer, or simply someone who believes steak tastes better beside an open fire... we've got you covered.

Consider it our way of spreading a little more Steakhouse love this winter. ❤️🥩
