Spark Espresso at The Old Bakery, Stanmore

Spark Espresso at The Old Bakery, Stanmore The finest wood fired coffee locally roasted by us.cafe situated in the heritage Old Bakery building

The building in which we reside was once the NSW State Bakery so we have injected new life into the previously owned cafe by bringing back some history of the old building and what it once was. We have also included some written history facts on a black board and a few other photos from that time for the patrons to enjoy.
