We’re Hiring – Supervisor / Floor Leader (Bar & Bistro) | Stanley Hotel
We’re on the lookout for someone who can take the lead on the floor and behind the bar - someone who doesn’t just show up, but steps up.
This role is all about presence, energy, and leadership.
You’ll be:
• Leading service on the floor as a senior waiter
• Jumping into the bar when needed
• Coaching and supporting staff
• Setting the vibe for service every shift
We need someone who:
• Takes responsibility and owns their role
• Can train, guide and bring the team with them
• Truly cares - about the job, the team, and every customer
• Delivers a great experience at every touch point
• Is professional, capable, and confident under pressure
• Is quick on their feet and thrives in a busy service
• Doesn’t complain when it gets hectic - just gets in and gets it done
