Fat LuLu’s is being purchased by mid 20s adults came to Australia 5 years ago. They decided to venture into the restaurant business after reflecting on their own experiences of living in a Fast-paced, overly-automated and digitally-driven society. The owners recognize the value of connecting with customers emotionally and in ways that are convenient, but provide gratification.
