Poachers Wine Pick | Our recently released Poachers Vineyard FumΓ© Blanc β€˜25. Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown by .bruce.pv on the north facing vineyard and handpicked in 2025.

Winemaking by ; bunches destemmed and left on skins for 72 hours before pressing & matured in French barriques for 10 months.

Guava, lemon sherbet and classic Canberra acidity. Available to enjoy with lunch in the restaurant, try at the cellar door or to take home.
